Alice stands on a promontory, which dominates the magnificent Bay of the Cala di Volpe and the Gulf of Pevero.
In front of the villa and behind it, there is a fenced garden and a covered area near the entrance, which serves as a car park for two cars. Between the entrance to the garden and the villa there is a utility room with laundry facilities.
The villa is stylishly furnished with pastel fabrics and pretty details in all rooms. The harmonious combination of furniture and furnishings, the fabulous views and the spacious covered pergola with a very pleasant sitting area and a dining table for 10, renders this villa very special.
The villa extends over one floor, except the guesthouse. This room is below the pool level and has independent access. The standard it offers is different from the other 3 bedrooms in the main house because it is small. For this reason, it would be more suitable to children.
