The most striking feature of this big villa is the ample size of the light-filled rooms rendering it extremely comfortable, ideal for both a family, and a more sophisticated adult group. The large kitchen is well-organized and generously equipped with an extensive range of modern appliances. The ground floor leads out onto a furnished dining terrace where one may enjoy eating outdoors.
From the pool-side there are spectacular views across the Umbrian countryside offering the villa's guests a luxurious setting for sunbathing and a refreshing swim. The surrounding unspoiled nature gives you the great opportunity of enjoying long walks in absolute privacy. The villa is part of a vast estate completely fenced composed of 6 hectares of garden, 3 hectares of olive trees and vineyards and the other 12 hectares of woods. The rooms are furnished in simple but comfortable style all but one has en suite bathrooms.
