Set on an idyllic Umbrian hillside and rich with history, Todi Castle Estate is a beautiful complex composed by a Medieval Castle and three Villas. Each facility has its own swimming pool and has been completely restored, retaining its original impressive character and providing guests with optimum comfort and modern conveniences.
Far from the noise of Rome and Florence and the bustling tourism of Tuscany, at Todi Castle Estate the soul of Italy has remained virtually untouched since the 12th-century. This is not an ordinary place. It is an oasis where past and present live together in harmony.
The Estate is owned and managed by the noble Santoro family. It is a successful mixture of a well established family run business and the Italian tradition of hospitality. The Estate is surrounded by 250 rolling acres consisting of vineyards, olive groves, fruit trees and cypresses.

Todi Castle Estate is conveniently located near Spoleto, Assisi, Gubbio, Siena, and Perugia. You might want to enjoy the Todi Castle's custom tour of Italy with your own private driver to many nearby destinations. Rome is only 70 minutes away. Or take a two-hour scenic drive to Florence.
In this region there are a number of incredible medieval churches, Roman towers, and fantastic Renaissance piazzas (squares) to be seen and discovered. Year round, many festivals take place as well as Ballet, Music, Theatre and Art Exhibitions. The most famous are the Todi Festival, the Umbria Jazz festival and the Spoleto Festival. The owner of TodiCastle will be happy to inform you about all the Art and Festivals taking place during your stay. Local craft is very interesting, in particular the ceramics of Deruta (near Perugia). This small town has a century’s long tradition in this art. Near Todi, tennis, archery, horseback riding and golf are available.

THE CASTLE - A panoramic walkway leads to the top of Orlando's Tower, with its sitting room suite, full bathroom and gallery/loft with queen size bed. From here, you can see the entire property, its pool, furnished terraces, sloping green lawns and manicured gardens, horse pastures, olive groves, vineyards and a fenced deer park all complete this uniquely Umbrian vista.
There is also a cozy independent apartment with its own kitchenette, queen size bedroom as well as a single bedroom. It contains one bathroom, and a large living room with an open fireplace.
VILLA PIANESANTE - Pianesante is an attractive, 17th century, stone farmhouse that has recently been completely restored, retaining its original Umbrian features and providing guests with optimum comfort during their stay.
